The Network of Human Rights Defenders in Central Africa (REDHAC) was call yesterday by Mr. MOHA FRANKLIN Human rights defenders, he was released yesterday after more than 18 months in detention.
December 4, 2013, Mr. Franklin Mowha, National President FrontlineFighters for Citizen Interest (FFCI) was arrested for count: destruction of public property and insulting an official in the exercise of his function.
After long months of detention without being judge, was judge on the 26 june 2015 and was Sentenced to 18 months and fines of 800,000 frs cfa. It was a tough battle which the REDHAC and the Lawyers fought. Its worth because he is finally free! A big THANK YOU to FRONT LINE DEFENDERS?
